I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room, Non-Smoking. The room had air conditioning, cable channels, and a microwave. The beds were super comfy, and free toiletries were provided. The heating worked great, and I loved the fitness center. Wireless internet was fast, and the minibar was a plus.

The breakfast had a nice assortment, with some hot selections that were a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast area was a bit cramped, featuring only three tables which could be an issue during busy periods.

However, the elevator was quite slow, and the breakfast area felt cramped, especially during busy hours with only three tables available for guests.

During my stay, the elevator was out of order, requiring us to use the stairs, which was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast selection was lacking as items weren't hot and the seating area felt cramped. I also had issues with the remote control in the room as it was missing a backing, which seemed to be a minor oversight but still detracted from the overall experience.

Had a good stay at the Quality Inn in Killeen. The room was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the variety in the breakfast selection, especially enjoyed the hot items like bacon and biscuits, though they could have been a bit hotter. The location offered easy access to local stores and restaurants, which made our outing convenient. A couple of issues arose, like a toilet malfunction in one of our rooms that took too long to resolve. Plus, the front desk staff member seemed overwhelmed and didn't handle our concerns as well as I hoped. However, other staff members were kind and accommodating. Overall, solid experience but a few areas need attention for a smoother stay.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay! The clean rooms were a hit with the kids, and the fantastic breakfast selection fueled our busy days exploring Killeen. We had an awesome time at local parks and shops, making it our go-to spot for family fun.

In my wife’s opinion, a proper kids’ play area would be great.
